Highlights

The Door Peninsula is a popular regional tourist destination known for cherry and apple orchards as well as its long Lake Michigan coastline.

Visitors are drawn to the rock outcroppings, lighthouses and small coastal towns. Islands at the northern end of the peninsula are accessible by ferry and add another dimension to your adventure.

I know people who visit every year and there is a reason for this. Allot at least four days, but consider staying a week or longer.
