Highlights

Chattanooga is a very nice smallish city with plenty of things to explore. Drive or take the incline railway to the top of Lookout Mountain and check out some of the incredible views of the city and surrounding countryside.

Explore the nearby Civil War battlefields. The Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park covers sites in Southern Tennessee and Northern Georgia.

Check out some of the locally unique geological features. Some, like Ruby Falls and Rock City Gardens, are included on the itinerary map.

Spend some time wondering through Chattanooga. Stroll along the banks of the Tennessee River. Check out the art museums and galleries in the Bluff View Arts District

Greater Chattanooga has a lot to offer. It can be a lingering stop along the way or a destination in its own right.
