Highlights

This destination offers an opportunity to explore two great cities on the western plains. Both have historic downtown areas, museums and a variety colorful local culture.

Lincoln has the state capital and all of the state museums. Omaha, on the banks of the Missouri River, was the original territorial capital and was the site of one of Lewis and Clark’s encampments.

Between the two cities, there is more than enough to make this a destination. If you are just passing through, take a break and enjoy at least part of what these great cities have to offer.
