Planning Tips

  1. Plenty of campground options throughout the area. My preference is to stay closer to Dahlonega, but the entire area is worth exploring.

  2. Great jumping off spot for the Great Smoky Mountains or other nearby destinations. See the Itinerary Map.

  3. Dahlonega and Cleveland are the two larger urban areas for service and entertainment options. My preference is Dahlonega, which is also a historic destination.

Highlights
